People who are grateful take real joy in their blessings. An attitude of gratitude is free and available to all of us. All that is required is a change in perception. It creates a feeling of absolute joy in your soul. Gratitude brings forth love, a sense of joy and peace within. It has the power to transform your experience of the moment. If you are feeling stuck gratitude will release your frustration. If you are grieving, gratitude will help you focus on the gifts that your loved one has bestowed upon you.
