Paul Knitter - Interfaith Neighbors

Christian theologian Paul Knitter talks at the Parliament of the World's Religions 2009 about the importance of interfaith dialogue as our world shrinks, and communication and social networking makes people of diverse faiths neighbors. He talks about the importance of conferences like the Parliament of the World's Religions. He also talks about a new phenomenon of people who are looking outside their own faith, learning about different traditions, and following multiple religious paths. He adds that the problems of the world cannot be solved by one nation or one religion. Rather it requires a collaboration between many nations, and many faiths.
