Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev - Is Spirituality A Science?

At the 1st World Convention on Science and Spirituality & 4th International Vedic Convention in New Delhi, India on January 13th 2007, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev led a conversation titled "Is Spirituality a Science?" In the video, Sadhguru explains how spirituality is a science and how there is a science for inner well-being. He explains how today humanity is in an extreme state of comfort physically, and in an extreme state of distress within. He adds that we have not invested the necessary time, resources and energy towards developing the inner sciences.

Sadhguru is and Indian yogi, mystic, spiritual engineer and leader, and founder of the Isha Foundation, a non-religious, non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating human potential, and global harmony. With no particular religious identity, Sadhguru incorporates and teaches what is most relevant for contemporary life by drawing upon the yogic sciences.
